Over the years scooters have featured on many postcards from a variety of countries. The cards fall into 4 main types.

1) Some cards were produced by the manufacturers or dealers to promote their models.

2) Others were more art type cards, frequently with a glamorous (and amorous) couple gazing into each others eyes.

3) Comic or artist drawn cards.

4) Postcards of prominent landmarks ruined by some idiot on a pesky motor scooter unintentionally driving into view.
